If you encounter a billing issue or need to request a refund, we’re here to help. Common payment-related problems include failed credit top-ups, duplicate charges, and missed renewals that result in lost access.

To start a refund or payment support request, please visit our Discord at discord.gg/quickscope and open a support ticket in the designated billing channel. Our team will review your case and respond as quickly as possible.

When contacting support, please provide the following information:

  • Your wallet address
  • The type of access or service in question
  • A short description of the issue
  • The approximate date and time of the transaction

We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. If the issue resulted from a platform error or technical failure, refunds are typically approved. Refunds for user error, expired access, or unclaimed services may be limited depending on the situation.

Our team aims to resolve payment issues within 48 hours, and we’ll keep you updated through Discord throughout the process.
